Cannabinoids are a class of diverse chemical compounds that activate cannabinoid receptors on cells that repress neurotransmitter release in the brain. They are active chemicals in Cannabis that cause drug-like effects throughout the body, including the central nervous system and the immune system. Anti-K2/spice (synthetic cannabinoids), is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody. It has been used in a competitive ELISA format to test the presence of JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-122, JWH-019, JWH-081, AM-2201 and related compounds and their metabolites in samples such as urine, whole blood, serum, and plasma (see Arntson et al, 2013). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: for 96-well plate coating use 1-3ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
